What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in International packing standard way with additional special fixed. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
What is your warranty policy?
Key parts are covered for 12 months. Easily damaged parts are not in the range. During the warranty term, if key parts are damaged (not by improper operation), we will provide replacement parts free of charge based on photo verification.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures as required.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform a 100% test on all equipment before delivery to ensure quality and performance.
